Georges Bouillon (June 25, 1915, Angers, Belgium – May 2001) was a Belgian writer. He participated in the resistance movement against Nazi Germany. He was the editor of the literary journal La Dryade.
He systematically published articles on Georgian writers and scholars. Bouillon visited Georgia three times. Notably, his book In the Land of the Golden Fleece was published in 1978 in Brussels and is dedicated to the Georgian literature from ancient times to the present. His articles were published in foreign journals, including "The Language, Prose, and Poetry of Georgia" (1980, a review of Sh. Dzidziguri's book Georgian Language, which was published in French), "Sibrdzne Sitsruisa" (1979, a review by G. Buachidze), "Grigol Abashidze – A Georgian Poet" (1978), "Anthology of Georgian Poetry" (1983, a review of S. Tsuladze's translation), "Konstantine Gamsakhurdia's The Right Hand of the Grand Master " (1981), "Nodar Dumbadze's The Law of Eternity" (1983), "Basques and Georgians" (a review of Sh. Dzidziguri's book, 1984), and others.
