Drepanius Pacatus (Latinus) was a 4th-century Roman orator and poet. He is the author of an extensive Panegyric (delivered in 389 AD), which he dedicated to Emperor Theodosius I (reigned 379–395) following the defeat of the usurper Magnus Maximus.
In this work, Drepanius refers to Roman possessions in the East and provides an important remark that Colchis lies beyond the bounds of Roman authority.
